Steve and Dan just finished rendering repairs and painting the exterior of our 4 story regency house . Their workmanship , professionalism and attention to detail was second to none . Their pride in their work was very evident , reassuring and made the whole project effortless from our part . They are a great team who communicated daily with their work schedule, kept everything as clean as possible, and even had their own kettle !! Best tradesmen we ever had to work with . Would certainly recommend them and look forward to having them back .

Floods are in demand, and rightly so - I had to wait for them to schedule me in. I'm so glad I decided to. They have transformed the front of my house and it is now back to looking crisp with smart, weatherproof render, door and railings. Steve, Dan and Tom are a great team. Friendly, professional and tidy. They took immense care with the preparation of all the surfaces and planned each day out, letting me know what to expect when. Would 100% recommend.

Stephen & Dan recently finished painting our whole flat; walls, ceilings and paintwork. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Their attention to detail and work ethic were both excellent. They kept us informed of their plans for each room and the order of painting to minimise disruption. The property has been left looking wonderful. We would use them again.

Steve and Dan have achieved a first rate job on painting our converted Grade II listed barn. Vertical wooden boarding that needed a lot of preparatory work including areas of rot. Horizontal waney edged larch needing two coats of stain and all windows and doors finished to a long lasting finish.
Hard working, professional, courteous and showing a pride in their work, what else could you ask for in this day and age? Highly recommended.

Steve was excellent and very thorough on what the process was going to be on both the landing stairs hallway and livingroom.

Steven and Dan have just finished re-painting the outside of our Regency sash windows, one of which needed alot of restoration. They did a fantastic job, both in the prep and the final painting. They both pay show great attention to detail and I'm confident this job will last many years. They will definitely be my first port of call in any future decorating that I need doing. Highly recommended.

Floods redecorated the house from top to toe, inside and outside, nearly a decade ago. The repairs they did then are as good as new.

To repair damage caused recently by other contractors, I did not hesitate or shop around for quotes. Without hesitation, I went straight to floods becuase I know they'll do an equally brilliant job (top to toe, inside and out again) as they did years ago.

First time dealing with Floods. Needed thermal liner in a room. Steve was excellent to deal with from our first meeting.  I was confident given how he explained exactly what they were going to do that the job would be well done and it was.
